“Justice is an idea, a cognitive construct yet exactly as an unattainable ideal. JUSTICE ➡ justice is done when the law is applied in a way that the interests of the involved parties are weighed accordingly. It is therefore self-referential which means that “legal creates even more legal”. LAW ➡ the law itself consists of two parts: a set of rules (the “dead part”) and the cases in which the law is applied (the “lively part”).
